From the soil, its character. From tradition, the wine.
There are wines born simply from grapes. And then there are wines that tell the tale of a place, a family, and a deeply rooted devotion to the land.
This is the story we discovered in Salvadora: an Emilian winery that for over fifty years has nurtured, generation after generation, a genuine passion for wine and its native terroir.
For us at ForkEmilia, choosing Salvadora means embracing a philosophy that mirrors our own: cherishing people, honoring tradition, and crafting with an eye steadfastly cast toward the future.
Their Lambrusco is born of organic viticulture, cultivated with deep respect for the vitality of the soil and the preservation of the land. It is not merely a method of production, but a commitment to safeguarding what makes this terroir singular and passing it on to future generations.
The result is a ruby-red Lambrusco—crisp, lively, and unpretentious—that speaks of Emilia without artifice. An honest, convivial wine made to gather around the table, to accompany the hearty flavors of our kitchen, and to turn everyday moments into something truly special.
Because for us, this is the true essence of Salvadora: honoring our heritage, tending devotedly to the present, and daring to envision what lies ahead.
It reflects how we envision ForkEmilia: bringing to your table foods and wines that are not simply exquisite, but carry a story worth telling.
A glass of Salvadora is an intimate journey into the heart of Emilia.
